All our nutritionists are registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) - the only register recognised by Public Health England and the NHS. This way, no matter what, your nutritionist is guaranteed to have been accredited to the highest standards with a minimum 3 year nutrition degree from a qualifying university. Two common titles you will come across amongst our nutritionists is ANutr and RNutr. A Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) has typically graduated from a BSc (Hons) or MSc in nutritional science within the last 3 years. A Registered Nutritionist will have demonstrable nutrition science knowledge and understanding at a minimum of honours degree level plus (typically) at least 3 years experience (gained within the last 5 years) of evidence-based application of nutrition science in professional practice.
Once you book your consultation you’ll receive a confirmation email which will contain a link for you to add your consultation to your calendar so you don’t miss it. You will also receive a notification before your session as an additional reminder.

All consultations are 25 mins long. Following your consultation you will be supplied with a three day food diary to track your eating habits. You will be able to share this with your nutritionist (instructions on how to do so will be clear in the relevant emails) who will then use this and your discussion during the consultation to create your plan. You will receive the plan within 3 working days of submitting your food diary.
Head to your profile in the app and click the settings cog. From there you can select edit payment details.
The app will attempt to reconnect you with your nutritionist. If the connection is persistently lost due to a fault with the connection, you may request a refund by contacting Odhealth.
Nutritionists provide evidence-based information and guidance about the impacts of food and nutrition on the health and wellbeing of humans (at an individual or population level) or animals. It is important that nutritionists have a good understanding of the scientific basis of nutrition.
