Your bio will be visible to potential clients within the app to help them decide whether you are the right nutritionist for them. Be sure to talk about your qualifications, experience and areas of particular speciality/interest.
First thing to do is to sign up to be a nutritionist via the Odhealth homepage (using the top menu). You’ll need to provide your AfN number and ID for us to verify you. Once you’ve been through this process, simply download and sign up for the app, then start adding your availability. Your profile will be visible to clients and you’ll start receiving new bookings from that point.
It could be right away! The more availability you input into the app, the more likely it is you will get booked by a client.
Clients complete a specially designed questionnaire and we use these answers to match against a) your availability and b) the information you provide in your bio. Our goal is to always match clients to the perfect nutritionist to provide the best chance of long term success.
We do the heavy lifting for you. Clients are automatically matched to you through our proprietary algorithm.
As soon as you are matched with a client you will receive an email with their answers to Odhealth’s questionnaire - providing you with all the info you’ll need ahead of the consultation. Once the client books an actual consultation time via the app you’ll receive a confirmation email with the option to add the booking to your calendar.

Availability can be set through the app by selecting the ‘availability’ section from the main menu. Your selected availability will be shown as highlighted green buttons.
You can do as many consultations as you like! It’s really up to when you’re available and how many clients you have capacity for at any given time. When planning your schedule, do keep in mind that your follow up plans will need to be completed within 2 working days from when you receive the client’s food diary.
Head to the settings section within the app and click ‘edit payment details’.
Clients who match with you will be directed to book with you through the app so there’s nothing you need to do other than create a great profile and keep your availability up to date. If you’d like to recommend yourself to someone proactively, then they can use the search function on the client app. Just tell them to search you by name.

Make sure you familiarise yourself with the client’s questionnaire results which will have been supplied to you in advance of the call. Find a quiet area to have the call to maximise the quality of the consultation.
There’s no strict dress code - just make sure you look professional and approachable.

Once you have received the client’s food diary back you have 2 working days to complete and supply their plan.
We issue payment as soon as you supply the client’s plan. This can take up to 7 days to be processed.

We only work with Association for Nutrition registered nutritionists and you will need to provide your AfN number when signing up.
£25.99 which will be paid on completion of the session so it’s a brilliant way of working with more clients and earning more income in a way which is flexible to you. By doing 2/3 sessions a day, you would be adding £1,500 - £2,300 to your income a month.
All you need is a working iOS or Android mobile phone. Everything is taken care of within the Odhealth app from booking to payment and the consultation itself. You’’ll have the option to add every consultation to your calendar so you get a reminder before it starts so you can open the app and join the call at the allotted time.
The number of sessions you do and clients you work with is entirely up to you. Within Odhealth’s app you just input your availability for the coming two weeks and we find you clients accordingly. If your schedule changes, simply update your availability as long as no one has already booked you for that time. There are no minimum requirements either.
Payment is automatically processed after each consultation. All you have to do is confirm that the session has been completed within the app and you will receive payment within 7 days (although usually sooner).
