How It Works

How It Works

All you have to do as a nutritionist is create a profile and keep your availability up to date in the app. We’ll then:

  • Generate you new clients via the Odhealth platform
  • Notify you every time you receive a booking
  • Share the client’s questionnaire answers ahead of your session
  • Display your booking history in-app
  • Send you a reminder 5 mins before a call to ensure you’re ready to go
  • Host the video call within the app
  • Provide a nutrition plan template for you to complete & share with your client post call
  • Handle secure payment and ensure you get paid on time

Session Format

Sessions consist of two parts:

1: Consultation
25 minute video call. More details in section 3.

2: Monthly nutrition plan
Written action plan that follows up every call. More details in section 4.

Best Practices

During each video call ensure you follow these guidelines:

  • Ensure you have good Wi-Fi or 4G
  • Find a quiet space
  • Don’t be late
  • Hold your camera still
  • Be friendly, encouraging
  • Follow session guidelines (section 3 & 4)
  • Send the accompanying nutrition plan within 48 hours of receiving the client’s food diary
