How It Works

All you have to do as a nutritionist is create a profile and keep your availability up to date in the app. We’ll then:

Generate you new clients via the Odhealth platform
Notify you every time you receive a booking
Share the client’s questionnaire answers ahead of your session
Display your booking history in-app
Send you a reminder 5 mins before a call to ensure you’re ready to go
Host the video call within the app
Provide a nutrition plan template for you to complete & share with your client post call
Handle secure payment and ensure you get paid on time

Sessions consist of two parts:

1: Consultation
25 minute video call. More details in section 3.

2: Monthly nutrition plan
Written action plan that follows up every call. More details in section 4.

During each video call ensure you follow these guidelines:

Ensure you have good Wi-Fi or 4G
Find a quiet space
Don’t be late
Hold your camera still
Be friendly, encouraging
Follow session guidelines (section 3 & 4)
Send the accompanying nutrition plan within 48 hours of receiving the client’s food diary
