Sessions are 25 minutes.
You’ll speak via video call at the time you chose. All calls are followed up with a clear plan for that week.
Your plan will cover: exercise, nutrition, rest and wellbeing.
Every week you’ll have specific objectives to follow.

Your coach will: break things down, create a specific goal, figure out what’s holding you back, establish a plan to overcome those barriers and a way of measuring progress.
Every time you wobble or fall off the horse, there will be someone in your corner encouraging you, refining the plan and helping you get back on track.
